• It's bullshit. He never bashed people who are against illegal immigration. He's against it, too. He just felt a need to feed them, which I whole heartlessly disagreed with him on. Keep in mind, Breitbart and Beck have some negative history. Breitbart's story reeks of smear, IMHO. I do the same with Blaze's stories on Breitbart.

  I hate to rain on anyone's parade, but Glen Beck is an ENTERTAINER. Imagine in your mind the old radio show "Amos & Andy" - they played their schtick for blue collar workers. From the first time I heard Glen Beck on the radio back in 2002, it was obvious that his schtick was pointed at conservative religious people.

  Every Christmas he used to have a traveling vaudeville show, entertaining people around the nation - waving the flag and extolling the virtue of apple pie. NONE of this is bad, but it's entertainment pointed at a certain audience. Bob Hope put out great shows, but everyone understood that they were just shows. Are we so desperate for truth that we hold Glen Beck up as a cultural compass?

  Beck has made millions of dollars by pushing his schtick of patriotism. He's clever and smart - but he's in vaudeville entertainment. A man with a big pocket full of words. His operations cost a ton of money to run - if the conservatives won't give it to him, then he has to go elsewhere. CNN. He worked for them in the past. LOL Wouldn't it be great to see him work for them again - and get fired again! :)

  • I'm no Glenn Beck fan, but I gotta hand it to him for that election coverage.

• I have listened to Beck for years, & what I have found is that when he is on, he's really good. But when he goes off in some weird tangent, he really misses the mark, & as of late he seems to have lost the plot. I hope goes back to doing what made him 1 of the big boys.
