Interesting. Basically, once a person has a Scarlet Letter even if the situation has changed and it may impact their lives, they don't have a right to have that removed. However in many ways this is what happens when women and men post pics of themselves on websites or social media that they shouldn't it is out there forever. However of course, I don't think it was too bad to want the newspaper to at least delete it so it wouldn't show up online even if google doesn't have to do it itself. There has to be a middle ground here.
