I'm pretty sure, that if the administrator wanted to, you could be prevented from even posting on this website and it wouldn't even violate your first amendment right to be a fucking jerk crowley. You can exercise your first amendment right to stand on your soapbox and wax loquasious about how Ron Paul got a raw deal, all because of corporate greed and stolen gold and we can exercise our first amendment rights by not having to hear, see, or even think about you. I think that's a win win!

Real world answer: Yes
Liberal fantasy land answer: People (other than them and conservative and libertarian leaders, the former being causatively good, and the latter, inherently evil) are nothing more than pawns that are moved around either by them (to do good), or by the "enemy" (to do evil, like joining the Tea Party or voting for Bush). Any rioting would have been solely the fault of the conservative SCOTUS, and of course, Bush.
It's kind of like when Al Sharpton incites a riot that causes at least a store to be burned down, and possibly deaths too (I don't off the top of my head recall for sure if there were deaths in that incident), when he screams about "white interlopers" in Harlem, and when the media gets done with it, the fault "turns out" to be with the boogeymen.
