Gore Says ‘Democracy Has Been Hacked’ “Gore talked of a “Wiki-democracy” of “digital flash mobs calling out the truth” and “a government square that holds people accountable.” We’re tempted to suggest that Gore might be pulling a page out of the Julius Caesar handbook for using the mob to turn republics into a dictatorships . . . but we’re not all that certain that he did any better in history class than he did in science. So well just have to content ourselves with pointing out the hypocrisy of a man, who along with a couple members of his family, has spent a lifetime undermining the sort of self sovereignty that democracy is supposed to enable.

The fascism of Algore is beyond question. Debating whether or not Algore is a fascist is akin to debating whether the sky is blue or not. What I'm curious about is what exactly is Algore's definition of "democracy". Is it
a. Democracy is gov't that is subject to the will of the majority of citizens. But that is not the point. I want no part of that. Using the word is nothing more than a smokescreen intended to mask my real goals. In other words "democracy" = slavery. I know it. You know it. Any person with a triple digit IQ who is paying the least amount of attention knows it. But as long as a small percentage of undecided, uninformed people buy my bullshit, we'll get elected.
b. Democracy is a benevolent gov't that uses whatever force is necessary to implement policies that are good for all, whether they want them or not (in other words, democracy = slavery, except Algore doesnt realize it).
c. Democracy is a system whereby a minority gets its way by any means necessary, as long as their policies are what a majority would support if only Fox News, Limbaugh, Hannity, the Koch brothers, etc., would stop brainwashing a large segment of the population.

He doesn't get his way, his little empire is falling apart with more and more verification that climate data has been faked, so now he becomes a victim and says it's the fault of those who "hacked" his democracy. Anytime things don't go the way people like Gore want them to, they say something like "Democracy has been hacked." Fascists like Gore are SO sure that their "solutions" to problems are superior and that everybody recognizes that, the only explanation that keeps them from being implemented is "special interest money" or some other BS. Just go away, Gore. You lost. Get over it. Go sit in your mansion and babble to your "massage therapist" about how many millions you made off your global warming scam.

I worked in a music store during the Tipper Gore era. I couldn't, for the life of me, see what was such a big deal about putting a warning label on a CD. It's not "Telling other people what to listen to," as the idiots' song claims. What ridiculous hyperbole.
I'm a huge fan of Zappa, but I thought he acted like a complete moron protesting warning labels in congress.
