No fan of their 2nd amendment stance but my brother and his wife used to pal around with them quite a bit and said they were very nice people. Rest in peace.

It was a tragedy that her hubby was shot, but like so many misguided, she attacks the object instead of the objectivisor; much like attacking the car instead of its driver, or worse yet...the auto maker, the gun manufacturer, or the candle stick maker!
The ravenous anti-gun crowd are made up of people like her, rich beyond belief and bored, so they need a hobby, are paid astro-turfers, or in on the con from the top to erode constitutional rights to the greatest degree. I think her heart was in the right place early on, but she was co-opted by the frothing douchebags who believe in total government control and they conned a nice old lady who had her husband shot to buy their bullshit hook, line, and sinker.
