Dingy Harry is looking to get one last big check for not doing anything except screwing someone over. I hope the manufacture tells him to go #$%& himself and they'll see he and the wife in court. That way the two of them can commit perjury and not admit that someone beat the shit out of him.
Can't wait till we find out that he got his ass kicked by his brother, the company that made the equipment counter-sues, and poor Harry has to pay up.
Not that it would really matter to the old crook, he's got plenty of bribe money stashed in his freezer.
Must be a GOP or Tea Party person that owns the exercise machine company. Doesn't make sense he would try to steal from his doners legally. He does this mafia style already.

Yeah, this was a bad move on Harry's part. People like him don't want lawyers subpoenaing their records. Reminds me of the hornet's nest Michael Mann dropped on himself when he sued Mark Steyn.
You can tell it is a bullshit claim, the "band may have broken or slipped"...Hell if it broke you would know it, I still say it was Harry's drunken brother who beat his ass...And I hope the lawyers for the band company tear Harry Apart...And he wife is worried about losing sex? What Harry can't find her with the good eye? Remember this is the same guy who locked Mike Lee in a room when Lee was little.....Maybe one of Harry's boy toys slapped back at him.

Do the courts require that a witness be sober to take the stand? For that matter, do they require the plaintiff to show up sober?
I am sure he can answer questions as to how someone who is on a Senator's salary became a multi-millionaire. I am sure everything was legal & by the book. No payoffs, bribes, or "gifts" to see here...
