Harry Reid on Benghazi Committee: something something Koch Brothers something. Mumbles threw in this gem: “Senate Democrats will remain focused on fostering economic growth for all hard-working Americans.” Their “focus” drove almost 1 million people out of the labor force last month. Great job.

'Remus passed away during an important civic function held in his honor when the platform upon which he was standing collapsed.”
Damn..That was the funniest thing I have read in a long time..thanks for the laugh....
Judy Walkman, a professional genealogy researcher in southern California , was doing some personal work on her own family tree.
She discovered that Senator Harry Reid's great-great uncle, Remus Reid, was hanged for horse stealing and train robbery in Montana in 1889.
Both Judy and Harry Reid share this common ancestorDescription: Description: Description: 1.3557938182@web83402.mail.sp1.yahoo.comor. The only known photograph of Remus shows him standing on the gallows in Montana territory: On the back of the picture Judy obtained during her research is this inscription: 'Remus Reid, horse thief, sent to Montana Territorial Prison 1885, escaped 1887, robbed the Montana Flyer six times. Caught by Pinkerton detectives, convicted and hanged in 1889.' So Judy recently e-mailed Senator Harry Reid for information about their great-great uncle. Harry Reid: Description: Description: Description: 2.3557938182@web83402.mail.sp1.yahoo.combelieve it or not, Harry Reid's staff sent back the following biographical sketch for her genealogy research: "Remus Reid was a famous cowboy in the Montana Territory . His business empire grew to include acquisition of valuable equestrian assets and intimate dealings with the Montana railroad. Beginning in 1883, he devoted several years of his life to government service, finally taking leave to resume his dealings with the railroad. In 1887, he was a key player in a vital investigation run by the renowned Pinkerton Detective Agency. In 1889,
Remus passed away during an important civic function held in his honor when the platform upon which he was standing collapsed."
As we all know by now, this is an old story attributed to several politicians, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, etc, but actually none of them are guilty. It may be the only thing they aren't guilty of!
Is it just me, or does Harry Reid look a lot like Emperor Palpatine?
I'm not sure, does Palpatine look like a capybara?
Capybara, The Giant Rodent
This rodent from South America is the largest in the world.

Naw, the Capybara is more appealing.

Harry is a large pile of shit. The Koch brothers didn't write the emails, send out some "kid" to make stupid statements the other day. The email was denied under the FOIA by this administration. It was not until a federal judge ordered it to be provided was it. Who is that wrote the damn email there dingy? Who is that went out and told the lies on the Sunday shows? Who was it that went to the tarmac at Dover Air Force Base and make lying statements to grieving family members? It was not the Koch brothers there dingy. It was Susan Rice, the dip shit kid, quagmire and hildabeast.
Dingy here is some advice, go out to the nuclear testing range and start digging for some gold. That way you can do the world and nation a favor. One more thing, put the bogey men back on the shelf. The Koch have done more to improve the lives of the average American, all you have done is screwed us over while making yourself part of the 1% that all you dim wit bastards belittle.
OK Harry you fucking crook, lets talk about something else like your cozy deal with the Chinese for that solar farm. Or how you and your equally corrupt son became millionaires by ripping off the people of Nevada.
Obviously, the real domestic terrorist is a leader in the senate supporting killing Americans in Bengazi. Just shove this tactic under the rug and focus on some other fectless topic.

“Suppose you were an idiot, and suppose you were a member of Congress; but I repeat myself.” – Mark Twain
Idiot? they make a minimum of $15,000 a month for life for 1 term, even with less than 10% of voter approval for the job they do. Do you know any other place in the world that you can do <than 10% of the work you were hired to do, vote yourself perks, health benefits, that the general population can only dream of, work 4 years building your acquaintance folder to be used for influence peddling once you leave office. I would call them pathetic, lying, scum sucking parasites, devoid of all morals, values, character, willing to sell their country for power and the promise of wealth. We are the idiots who allow this year after year, after all it is suppose to be "public service" and that is what the forefathers viewed it as being.
Actually, someone corrected me on this the other day, it's not after 2 years in congress.
Age and Length-of-Service Requirements
Members become vested in (legally entitled to) a pension benefit under CSRS or FERS after five years of service.
The age and service requirements for retirement eligibility are determined by the plan under which a Member is covered at the time of retirement, regardless of whether he or she has previous service covered under a different plan. Depending on a Member’s age and years of service, a pension can be taken immediately upon retirement or only on a deferred basis. Likewise, the Member’s age and years of service, as well as the starting date of the annuity, will determine whether he or she is eligible for a full pension or a reduced pension.
Retirement Under CSRS. Four retirement scenarios are possible for
Members covered by CSRS or the CSRS Offset Plan:
Retirement with an immediate, full pension is available to Members age 60 or older with 10 years of service in Congress, or age 62 with five years of civilian federal service, including service in Congress.

thank you for that info. I had read somewhere that it was just one term, appreciate the correction.
I found a book to Help Harry with all his problems...
