dingy harry couldn't think fast enough on his old feet so he had to fall back on the hildabeasts words. It matters greatly just like the lack of security in Benghazi. There are 14 families grieving with huge holes in their families and their hearts due to their 14 servicemen being killed while looking for this cowardly bastard.
It matters that quagmire didn't follow the very law that he signed. Therefore dingy harry and quagmire feel they are above the laws that are being forced upon the rest of us. So if I chose to ignore the EPA bullshit rulings, the IRS poking around or the NSA spying upon me, will I be permitted to say "what differenced does it matter now"? The simple answer, HELL NO. I will be handcuffed and per walked to the nearest cameras and reporters for the show.
