Old JJ is irony proof. The Democrat candidate for governor, Tom Barrett, has been mayor of the city of Milwaukee for the past eight years. Under Barrett, Whites have fled the city, the public schools have deteriorated alarmingly, Black unemployement is far above the national average, Black on Black crime is way up and taxes have risen.
