Charismatic Henrique Capriles giving Hugo Chavez a run for his money. The elections are this coming Sunday and not only does Capriles look like a serious threat to beat Chavez, he promises to stop giving Venezuela’s oil to Cuba and stop the cozy relationship with Iran. The most worried man in Venezuela? Capriles’ life insurance agent.

Apparently the election is NEXT Sunday, not yesterday. Oops. It's not my fault, it's the iiliterate journalist who wrote the article, saying "Sunday's election." When you say that on Saturday, doesn't that mean tomorrow? Whatever. Capriles has to get through one more week without Iranians, Cubans, or Chavez getting him.
I'm sure some of Hugo's Cuban friends with their Russian training will be happy to arrange some sort of fatal mishap to befall Mr. Capriles. It's the way Socialists do business, the Clintons are a prime example of this procedure.
I hope Mr. Capriles has competent bodyguards. Chavez will not go quietly, communists never do.
If he doesn't win... He's going to have a fatal accident.
Win or lose, if he keeps crowd surfing like that, he's going to come to a bad end.
And what's the story with Venezuela, do they hold presidential elections yearly? Did we not just go through this recently?
After the elections and after all the dust settles and Hugo Chavez is re-elected president for life, former US president Jimmy Carter will fly down to Venezuela and verify that the elections were totally fair, unbiased and above board and he'll probably have a few sorrowful comments about how candidate Henrique Capriles was so unfortunately caught in front of that bus that just came out of nowhere and schmooshed him! How sad...move along, nothing to see here.
This sounds too good to be true. Sanity comes to Venezuela???? This guy is either dead, as JP points out, or the Venezuela democrat party (oh sorry, they call democrats communists there) will bring in some like thinking election riggers from Nevada, Shitcago, or Minnesota and this guy wont win even with 90% of the real vote.
