• Just a reminder to those in the military and law enforcement that DO turn against the American citizens, and survive,.....look at how well the "I was just following orders" defense worked for Nazis.

  Considering the fact that I have more than a couple of family members currently in the military, as well as a few friends, I feel safe in saying that I would feel sorry for the 2nd Louie that tries to tell his troops to go after citizens. It would be reminiscent of Vietnam, and the 2nd Louies that died more frequently at the hands of their troops than the enemy.

• Not now, but wait 50 years. Five decades of succeeding generations conditioned to fear guns and believe only the government should have them will result in the repeal of the 2A sometime after 2050. Possibly.

• Everyone I've talked to already have plans to make their equipment disappear, should the brown shirts start going door to door. But then the stupid liberals turds also don't realize that a good percentage of the population has the skill sets to make their own, are they going to ban that info (which is already out there) as well?

• You don't to have a all-in fight for the guns. It comes with ever tightening restrictions on capacity and form. Then they start in on ammo taxes and availability. Then they tax the guns or make it so that you have to have insurance.

  But most of all, they need to register them to know where they are first. That is why UBC are such a canard. They are just the first step towards registration.

  The Progressives play a great ground game. So many gun guys want a clean-full victory. Unlimited mags, suppressors and OC everywhere. Anything less is a compromise and won't be tolerated. Look at Dudley Dumbass at RMGO.

  The Progressives take what they can and then come back the next day and ask for more. City by city, state by state they push mag limits, restrictions on CCW, challenge 'Stand your ground' and push for UBC (initial registrations). They get a little and then press for more- never letting up pressure.

  The gun grabbers though do dream of the People's Republic going door to door. They are all for a Nazi style gun grab, but they all want to stay in the warm staff car and not stack up as the breacher to take a face full of buckshot.

  That is why fighting UBCs is so critical. With out that, they can't get registration and with out registration you end up with the 'Irish Democracy'.

  Lots of cops and MIL guys will grab guns. Studies have shown that they will. That said, a significant portion will not play- and those are going to be the most trained people. Ever talk to someone from SF? Chances are they are to the right of Atilla the Hun- and have the ability to uncork a similar skill set.
