Not repealing the Second Amendment is giving the terrorist exactly what they want and letting them win.

If I'm reading this right, I don't see the problem. Why tell a suspected terrorist he's now known?
Also, anyone can be put on a watch list. Are we going to deny constitutional rights to people who have had no due process and have to prove their innocence rather than the state prove their guilt?
Might be an opening for a new FBI director...this one fell completely off the reservation with this comment...That might just leave a mark on the side of Obutthead's face...
