Guy should be charged with battery, just like all the other gutless gang bangers who try it. Possibly attempted murder. Hate crime? Hell no. Whoever decided that would be an accurate charge should be fired for gross stupidity.

I heard about the charges filed today. I was like, funny how they mention the race of the victim and suspect in this particular case, and charge with hate crime; but others, not so much. I need to file an EO lawsuit against Hold'em.
The way the MSM reports on things is why there is a lack of trust in them to begin with. With the explosion of the internet, & the ability of people not in the "traditional" media to get information not being reported has been a revelation. Too many trusted people like Winchell & Cronkite for far too long, along with the NYTimes, & it took guys like Drudge & Breitbart to really break the stranglehold they had on what was news & how it gets reported.
Just exactly WHAT did you expect? Tell us all, EXACTLY WHAT did you expect??? Here you have someone who has expedited illegal gun sales to drug cartels, knowingly breaking the law, but refuses to take responsibility for the children killed by his lawlessness.
