• I read this and the link in the article...what a waste of bandwidth. Terrible writing. Anyway, my Q is; why is this a federal instead of state (Va.) case? Any lawyers out and about today, PDad, Red... Bueller, anybody?

• Its time to send Holder asses to federal prison. His replacement needs to be asked about this matter in her confirmation hearings. Any hesitation upon the death penalty should immediately be grounds for not confirming her as AG.

  This murder was permitted and now there is a widow with no husband and children with no father because the animals were out to begin with.

• Of course Holder took it off the table, he is protecting his "bros".......They probably offered him a full time job defending them once he leaves office and his buddy Lynch will be there to back him up. I am surprised he didn't knock it down to an infraction, have these gang ghouls pay a small fine and walk away...

• And if Aryan Brotherhood gangsters killed a black cop, would Holder make the same decision? Unfortunately, I think very few Americans believe he utilizes a color blind decision process and that is the problem.

      • Nope, it's a combo of firefox, Adblocker+, and all the crap they put on their page, plus the freaking pop-unders. Turns this thing to molasses (and crashes shockwave). Breitbart, TheBlaze and The Daily Caller I do my best to avoid. Which kinda sux because I like the sites.

        • I use AdBlocker and Privacy Badger. Between the two the pages load pretty fast without all the ads.

        • What about IE? I got rid of Firefox for many reasons and hate chrome.
