This is scary stuff, emblematic of how close we are to tyranny in this country. Keep in mind, this is a national issue not only because it's the same thing the Obama regime has been doing at the federal level but also because in normal circumstances the solution here would be either a state level investigation of this county prosecutor or, barring that, a federal civil rights investigation by the Attorney General... which we know will not happen because Eric Holder would never stand up for what's right if it contradicts what his minders want politically.
The sheriff there (the honest one who caught hell for telling people to buy and learn how to use a gun) is throwing a fit and speaking out about this too.

That was my thought. They are really annoyed that this guy ran and won. Does it not occur to them that it says something about the voter base that they DIDN'T vote for the Democratic candidate? If they ever get Conservative control of the State Congres, they seriously need to overturn the John Doe law. As described, it soounds unfair to anyone being investigated for so much as jaywalking.

When the democrat cheat machines give tallies that go to Republicans, the cheat baggers don't believe because they knew they were going to win. But it is just the same everywhere now. If the Republican candidates don't have enough votes to win by a landslide - which would result in a close race by cheat machine counting - then the democrat will win. I offer the Romney vs. Bronqobama contest of last year as a prime example.
