She deserves to be recalled. Liberals mistake their times for total control very often... but they are VERY patient people, that is something that bothers me. They always bid their time waiting for the culture to change that is why those on the right can't ever go to sleep or get fat and complacent and not do something.
It's a red state, but it's still Houston, home of congresscritters that have no brains, but keep getting reelected.
