• $1000 won't even pay their ObamaCare tax for a month if they somehow manage to use the crappy web site to sign up.

• Hey democrats. If this is such a good idea, why stop at 1k? Why not give each kid one of Krugman's 1 trillion dollar coins? And one for each illegal immigrant kid too. Wouldn't that really gin up the economy and fix inequality at the same time?

• And it will cost over 1 million per person, per year to administrate this program. Which will be handled through a no-bid contract by a Canadian company with ties to the Wookie.

• No one is taking into account when the miracle of compound interest meets demon inflation.

• The government is already doing all it can do to reduce income inequality by destroying the value of the currency and ensuring that as few people as possible even have any income so I fail to see the value of just handing out a grand of fiat currency beyond starting a whole new generation off with the idea that they are entitled to something. This is nothing more than calculated collapse from the inside... what will those babies think when they find that they can't by anything with that $1000 gift from benevolent big brother particularly as they struggle to find a way to build on it in a jobless economy?
