Author suggests home buyers consider asking real estate agents, “Just how much would I owe your government workers?” before buying. That’s gonna really help the housing market in states like California and Illinois.

It might be helpful to remember that the real fault lies with the unions and the enabling state/local leaders - not the individual employees - although there seems to be no shortage of otherwise unemployable losers in the ranks.
I can give the greedy public employees my share at about 19 cents one at a time.
I guess we owe them what AFSCME says we owe, & that's the way they like it.
Move all the PEUs to the social security system. Have Uncle Sugar just nationalize all of those pension funds. Goose gander.

Worked their for a while, The only recommendation I would make is if we resume above ground nuclear tests Oakland/Berkeley should be ground zero....The crime rate in California would drop by 75 percent and the collective I.Q. Would rise by over 100 points.
