I also agree with the overall idea, however it was unnecessary to make the racial statement, it cheapens his point of view and completely obliterates what he actually meant to say which is a shame.
You must have missed the white woman in the video who said the shutdown is Bush's fault. And you must have missed the demographics on the last two presidential elections which show the massive white vote for Obama. Take off your blinders because if you think stupidity is strictly a black problem you will never be part of the solution.

As a part of the 'shutdown', Team BO impounded the tax money raised locally by the DC government, which led several of the DC officials(including Eleanor Holmes, the non-voting DC member of the House) to take the unprecedented step of publicly criticizing the Prez. Not only is BO trying to punish his conservative opponents, he's doing the same his Progressive allies. What a man!
