If the offensive comments are on the company website, 1 warning, then fire them. On the employee's website, it is a matter of free speech. If you don't like what she says, don't go on the websitecsnd read her crap. There. I fixed it, and there were no frivolous lawsuits were filed.
Ah, but you presume that people are going to be, or at least want to be reasonable. The problem is we have a nearly unlimited supply of jerks all angling for a lawsuit payout.
I liked what one business owner did about employee opinions; he walked through the parking lot, and every car with a bumper sticker for the political candidate he opposed was first in line to be laid off. When I asked him about it, he said "Free speech has its own consequences. They can't expect someone they disagree with, and have the bad judgement to proselytize against to not have their own opinion on the matter."
If this FCC bullshit passes I am sure there is something in the 332 pages about having you stood up against a wall and shot if you are not PC and kiss libtard ass on a regular basis.
We'll have to change the site name to "We Love the Propaganda"
We've just been kidding all these years, we love big government. Now please guys let us keep using the Internet!
Given the way the GOP senators are behaving, I hate them just as much as stupid ass liberals....Moving to a cave in the country clinging to my guns and ammo and going off grid, maybe a little drone hunting.. :)
We need to pool our resources, set up a remote IHTM camp, and hide out until the rest of the world goes to hell.
I am kinda partial to the Grand Teton's in Idaho.....
Not a bad idea, but I prefer warmer climes. I think it would be easier to put together a militia to go take over Venezuela!
Take a couple cases of toilet paper, they'll give you whatever you want.
Throw in a couple bottles of antibiotics and you'll be their new president.
Yes you would be king.....King Poppajoe, Ruler of Venezuela and several other countries.....
OK, it's "edit" time again. I REALLY can't figure out what made this post 404!
OK, here it is.
So then, if I brought in a truckload of toilet paper, and another truckload of penicillin, I could be king?
