• Lots (oops, i meant "All") of the rentiers and their cohorts, the renovation/architectural experts, are totally for this. I know them in my town. This is a huge, ongoing money supply for them. Of course, they themselves live in penthouse suites and have nothing to fear.

• If you live in the country, like I do now, you can be surrounded by acres of nothing, and the ghetto zombies won't be a problem....

• It is not fair that those who live outside urban crime zones be free from those who live in urban crime zones. Do I have that right? Great way to spread the Democratic vote into what have been previously conservative/Republican precincts.

    BTW Freedom of association has been chipped away for a long time and gone when a lesbian stated she was mentally raped when she was denied a cake and she was allowed through the courts to destroy a family's life (and the other many examples of this).
