FINALLY - this the first good thing the Cubans have done since cigars were invented.
Third world country=third world healthcare. We may have some issues to work out, particularly in the area of access, but we have the best healthcare in the world, hands down. That's why every teaching hospital has residents from all over the planet coming here for training. And a significant proportion will stay here, not take that knowledge to the backwater they are from!
