Just need a truck with a sign that says "free shit" on it, drive through the neighborhoods and it will be like the old days with an ice cream truck and all the kids came out. With a free shit truck all the illegals will come out and Boom..off they go.
We still have an ice cream truck that comes around here. I'm always tempted to run out to the street, but I'm pretty sure they won't take my EBT card.
