Can't help but wonder the level of outrage if this happened the the robed ones special needs child?
Lots of options here if you are the family. Put out there an incorrect sentence. Have someone else put out the correct sentence. Have someone out of state release it. They can only charge you with contempt if they confirm the sentence. If you are the parents you can just spill the beans. You do jail time for telling the truth? I'd be ok with that. Let the pressure begin. Plus, that Sheriff will be out of a job next election cycle.
Only the left will attempt to silence a victim of the "religion of peace" The voters of Idaho need to remember this judge the next time he runs for office. As for the parents of the 5 year old. Do what you need to do to the "followers of a child molester". Its time to put a stop to shit law being allowed in the US Court Systems. They all came here. Therefore damnit, the laws of the USA apply not some bull shit animalistic laws .
I'm glad to see this outcome. I posted about the case on FB yesterday, and someone called it false based on a Snopes post from last year. Now I posted this in reply, and will wait to see the reaction.
Weird stuff happens when sexual crime perpetrators are children. Nothing is going to make everybody happy. In Michigan, the dividing line is the 14th birthday--after that normal justice, albeit with juvenile rules, is enforced. Before that, the kid can't even be arrested. These perpetrators were under 10. I don't know that there is any answer that will make anybody happy. It's just a tragedy all around.
But one thing is clear, the judge is out of line trying to enforce a gag order on everybody in the courtroom AFTER THE TRIAL. That's horse shit.
