What a waste of tax payer money. There no damn reason for tax payer funding for an presidential library. Every president in the last 100 years had backers and supporters. That is where the money should come from, not tax payers.

As for further donations - a book of matches, a rag and 5 gallons of gas don't cost $100 million dollars, unless you're buying them from the government. They could just as easily send Mooch & the girls out on the road to give hummers to all comers. I'm sure they could raise at least $50 that way.
