You can bet the Democrats will be all over this like flies on poop and will probably also complain that old Jeb’s advocating slavery.

In any case, have you noticed rich people especially very rich (there are always exceptions) that have one or two kids max? Think about it. Once a family gets to be extremely extended the "family fortune" becomes extinct.
Having bunch 'o babies may have made sense back in the days of farming... not anymore.

Being a Bush, I doubt that he meant to say fertile, but he said it. And the only good that could come from this is that he could be muzzled and out of the ring for 2016. Fat chance.
