IMMIGRATION BILL CONTAINS ‘MARCOPHONES.’ Now it looks like the Republicans are trying to create undocumented Republicans. Viva mordida! Edit: ‘MARCOPHONES’ FOR BORDER SECURITY, NOT ILLEGALS, AIDES SAY. Now they’re supposedly for ranchers to use in no cell tower areas to report border violence.
