Obama and his crew lie to cameras 24/7. Not really a big deal for this lady to do it too. In both cases MSM reports the lies as facts.
Commandment # 9, You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. Things are becoming more and more evident how Satans biggest achievements are accomplished through the progressive movements secular takeover of education, government and media.
If it wasn't for the businesses struggling to make it in this area of Baltimore, I'd say the police ought to just pull out for a week. Refuse to patrol, refuse to respond to calls in that area. Fire department, too.
A week should be enough. Let these people police themselves for a week and see how well that works out for them.
Let the bloods, Crips, and Black Gorillas take over in those areas.
At 4:40 she is laughing about this area having a lot of "trafficking" of hair from the beauty supply store and from CVS {before it was gone} and the library. She is adamant that she didn't say trafficking as in drugs then a little later she says 'Sir, this is Baltimore City what area of the Baltimore City that you can go in that doesn't have a lot of drugs arount? Lol!

its a sad time in our collective history where some POC can lie about something as serious as cold blooded murder, she won't be arrested for false testimony or inciting a riot (with subsequent looting and burning) all justifiable under obama's race war. The continued culture that thrives off entitlements (goods taken from producers by force and given to non producers in exchange for votes) will ultimately fail as scripted, than the martial law and the end of the Republic.
She should be cooling her heels in a jail cell for about a week. Let her think about and ponder the consequences of her criminally irresponsible lying.

A few years back, I don't recall specifically which day of outrage this was, I say an actual interview of an "eye-witness" describing how a police officer shot a citizen in cold blood, for no reason whatsoever. Not too dissimilar from the description in this vid.
The reporter kept poking, basically taking the bait every time the woman had some little flaw or contradiction in her "testimony".
After about 5 questions, it turned out that the woman did not only not see anything, but was on the other side of the block and heard what she thought was a gunshot.
But the scary thing to me was that as she was starting her "eye-witness" account, IMO she actually believed what she was saying. There was no hesitation, no apparent attempt to evade the reporter's probing questions. She just answered each following question, and at the end, didn't seem to have a scintilla of embarrassment or regret for having told a completely fabricated tale just 2 minutes earlier.
I myself have been exactly the sort of unreliable eye witness you are talking about. Pulling to a stop at a traffic light one day, about 25 years ago, I looked in my rearview mirror and saw a car accelerating toward me WAY too fast. Luckily he missed me but he accelerated right into one of the cars already stopped at the light. I pulled up to the scene and watched the guy whose car was hit get out and wander around in a daze, probably suffering from whiplash, and then the offender threw his crunched car into reverse, just about backed into me, and then took off around the car he'd hit, through the red light, and away. Everything happened right in front of me. I rattled off the license plate number to my nephew who wrote it down, but when the cops came and started asking questions I didn't know the car's make, the car's model, and didn't even know the car's COLOR. And neither did my nephew. We felt like complete idiots. We watched the whole thing and absorbed zero information.
At least you zeroed in on the license plate number, which should have been the most helpful information.
I can see that happening. But there's a difference between not seeing and not seeing but imagining you saw all sorts of shit.
