Interesting how all these lost E-Mails have to do with the agency targeting conservative groups, I expect the same thing to happen at the VA.
There should be a 15 day waiting period and a background check for the use of the delete key by the Feds.

An email exists on the sender's computer and the recipient's computer. It's pretty deliberate if "your dog ate it."

I wonder why the Justice Dept. didn't think of this excuse when Issa & Co. first started asking for the Fast and Furious emails. It can't be that they thought it would be too brazen a lie; maybe they were afraid Holder would giggle while telling it out loud.
