Well with a military genius like Quagmire running the show, rather then wipe them out, we've provided them with all sorts of surplus military equipment.
I've always pointed out that you never run into a Carthaginian, but we have WOPs all over the world.
Kind of like how there are no Iranians in Star Trek.
I didn't think Africanus became Africanus until after he defeated Carthage, but I could be wrong. Romans changed names as they acquired honors. It's hard to keep track.
So I had to look it up and I was wrong. He acquired the name Africanus after defeating Hannibal in the Second Punic War. Therefore saying "General Scipio Africanus" razed the city of Carthage during the Third Punic War is correct.
And yes, I know nobody cares.

I figured there'd be some in the Sacramento area, and of course in the San Francisco Bay area. I feel a LITTLE bit safer here in Bakersfield.
Well, it was certainly an interesting history lesson, but it took up an awful lot of space to say what we already knew. We need to wipe these bastards off the face of the earth. The sooner, the better. Unfortunately, we will need to either depend on the Russians and French to do it, or wait until we get an actual strong Conservative to take over the WH. The rules of engagement must be left in the hands of experienced combat officers, and not the politicians and lawyers.
Anything short of that, and we cannot win.
