Turns out this so-called waitress may not have even worked at Olde Hickory House:

People who actually worked and ate there are coming out of the woodwork to contradict her and Gloria Allred's story. Forged signature and her entire story seems to be invented. Have you heard any of this on the MSM?
Beverly Nelson has some explaining to do. 18 years ago she was in Roy Moore's courtroom where he presided over her divorce. Yet at that time she saw no reason to ask him to recuse himself. Now she can't talk about him without crying because he supposedly tried to rape her.

Former manager of mall refutes national media reports that Roy Moore was banned from Gadsden Mall for ogling teenage girls:

Gloria Allred when asked by Wolf Blitzer if the yearbook signature was fake:
If Allred says it, I don't believe it.
I believe it when I read a story this morning that this is the Rino's revenge against Bannon for standing up to them, Like a big giant F*ck you from the elitist rinos.
Some are saying the full date and location could have been added by the girl after Moore signed the yearbook. That could be the case. What I don't understand is why Moore hasn't denied it is his signature.
If Allfake is pimping this as proof, then she too should be charged with fraud.
"We’ll note the ink appears to be the same color in this version."
That's because it's a black and white version. Down below in the comments someone points out that the color version posted by CNN shows the change in ink color.
I'm curious about all of what appears to be smudges or eraser marks?
It's looking very much like the original signature was removed and Moore's was forged in it's place. Who dates a yearbook signing, much less twice and notes where it was signed.
Looks to me like one person wrote the note and signed it "Roy" and then the forger added the "Moore" and the rest of it. That's where the ink color changes.
The very first thing I thought was there should be a documents examiner to match up the various forms of handwriting, test the inks and do a complete examination.
But Jeff sessions said he believes the women. He should be out on his ass tomorrow at the latest!
