Instead of building dams, reservoirs and fighting to preserve every drop of water he can for Californians, Jerry Brown has chosen to waste his political capital on a train that no one wants, which California can’t afford–and he’s stealing people’s land and closing down businesses in order to do it. And now, finally in his fifth year as governor, he finally decides to act on the drought—and, in quintessential Jerry Brown style, he blames those who have nothing to do with creating the crisis and threatens to penalize them if they don’t comply.

There are over 1,500,000 illegally registered voters in the state. My wager is they all vote Dumbacrapic. There has been zero efforts to purge the rolls. One of the voters is over 200, yet the book of world records has not been contacted.
If we could just LA and SF to fall off into the sea, all we'd have to worry about would be Bezerkely.

I'm surprised he didn't propose to solve the problem by increasing taxes on the 'rich'.
I know I've said this before but our reservoir lets out 15% of the household usage everyday to keep 300 Steelhead trout alive. Our reservoir was full and spilling as late as May 2013. That is less than four years ago. So if we had been sane our reservoir would have an additional 60% of household usage left.
BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Now this was a stupid federal mandate that none of the fascist machine democrats fought back at all. Even now, Brown did not mention about stopping this practice that is common for all of the reservoirs in kalifornia. It is mind boggling the self inflected wounds that the left will inflict so that they can control more people. Get ready for this utter nonsense to come to the rest of the USA because of Obama's illegal amnesty. Where i live used to be Reagan Country.
Simple solution, put all the Dems in Kali into a giant juicer, extract all the water from their bloated bodies, and put it in the reservoir. Then put Gov Moonbeam in jail.

The Onion actually put that idea forwards years ago, only they were talking about producing water to keep the swimming pools filled for the Hollywood elite. This was VERY early on in the development of the interweb, and I printed out the story to show to all the guys at work. They bought it hook, line, and sinker. It was hilarious.
