  Obama really didn't know s#!t, about anything! No White House approval, no smoking gun about the IRS et al because;

  ~The people who fill these entrenched government jobs thought because he was elected it gave them free rein to implement the policies 'The One' gave a wink and nod to. They've been waiting and chipping away at the foundation and thought "this is it", so they are doing it o their own.

  ~I have come to believe, look at it this way; remember all the chatter about SoDamn Insane and his weapons of mass destruction? (before the first Gulf War) The people in charge of those programs were so afraid of getting shot they lied to him, telling him exactly what he wanted to hear, and he went on to boast about it. And the world thought he was 'this' close to a nuke because that was what he was told...

  I think nobody has the balls (or the inclination, that's worse) to tell this guy that things aren't just peachy because they're afraid for their job, and at times Der Leader really is caught off guard.

  Not an excuse, really more an indictment of the whole regime. But Saddam really thought he was that close because of what his 'advisers' told him, so who's gonna wake this guy up? OK, ok, I'll go away now.
