John Kerry laments Dick Lugar’s primary loss

John Kerry laments Dick Lugar’s primary loss. The Senator from Ketchup is not amused that these fly-over country peasants did not read his memo on Dick Lugar’s right to this seat. Where do they get off thinking a “Senator from Indiana” represents them? He will smite them but good – none of them will ever eat lunch on one of his yachts again.

  • Indiana is 15 minutes from me over the Kennedy Bridge. They can and should have a Senator much more conservative than Lugar. Mourdock will win in November and Romney will put Indiana back in the Republican electoral count.

      • The Kennedy Bridge linking Louisville to Indiana was built between 1961 and 1963. It was unnamed at first, but four days after JFK's assassination, Kentucky Governor Combs said it would be called The John F. Kennedy Memorial Bridge. I see your point though in thinking of Teddy's bridge misadventure six years later. I never thought about a bridge being named after a Kennedy until you brought it up.

  • Ole Lurch is only lamenting because he realizes that his ass might be next. Although I might send Lurch a genuine Military Surplus P38 Can opener so he can re-live the glory of his purple heart.

  • After the interview long chin cut himself shaving and asked for another medal.

  • Hell, he doesn't care about Luger. I'm guessing he's a little nervous he might become a target and so the self-serving spiel. We can only hope for such change.

  • the last set of Republican Senators that got primaried from the right didn't fare so well.. Rand Paul got through, and--what, 4 others lost?

    • Yeah the tea party backed some clunkers, but I thought Lee, Rubio and one more belonged in the Rand Paul column. Could be wrong

    • Except this guy is a real politician and will handily beat the pants off the National Socialist Democrat.

    • We will lose some battles, but unless a stand is made and true Conservative Republicans fill our ranks the war is lost.

  • My only lament is we're not celebrating the primary defeat of John Kerry (who served in Vietnam). Kicking him out of politics would have been a joy.

Dick Lugar is 80 years old and a RINO. He should have retired gracefully instead of running for reelection. Too, 36 years in the Senate is more than enough for anyone. Sorry Dick, you're old and in the way.

  • Kerry = Democrat Luger = Republican Us peasants hear how they all carp at one another and are sooooo interested in what is good for us. B.S.
They all blow each other and line their pockets with our money.
