Evidently this judge must think that Sheriff Joe is completely ignoring the 10’s of thousands of Canadians, Chinese, Koreans, Europeans, Eskimos, Russians, Africans and other non-Hispanics sneaking across the US-Mexico border into the US on a daily basis.

What a sad SOS this Judge is....and Bush put him there. That last term was a f'ing disaster. Asleep at the wheel and I say that liking the man. My money goes to Joe to fight this stupid SOS. Does yours?
Profiling works and has proven to prevent crime. Used properly, it is a very useful tool in LE. If profiling had been in place in Boston the marathon bombing could have been prevented. Liberals and their laws, neither work properly.

I wish they'd start profiling in Illinois-we have 2.2 million worth of illegals here-they kill someone every weekend drunk driving in Northern Illinois-we don't even drive after 7 at night on weekends...on any given Friday-you can drive for 10 minutes and see at least 10 DUI stops-all mexicans, and nearly every sunday night/monday morning on the news, there is an announcement of a DUI death caused by a mexican illegal alien. Barry's hometown is awash in illegals, so it makes sense he meets with them in the fucking white house. He desecrates his office, that residence, and our country just by fucking existing that one!

Another federal judge who wants to make shit up as he goes along...These federal judges are just as corrupt, and in the pocket of democrats as anyone..More of them are to stupid to put on their rode without assistance, and as proof I refer you to those 15 dumber than shit judges of the 9th Circus Court of Appeals in San Francisco, that's the court where 80 percent of the decisions get overturned by he Supreme court...It's like watching a judicial clown car pull up and 15 morons pile out....

We used to hear news reports about the criminals who were actually committing crimes, black, white, brown, indifferent, but now days you have to be psychic to figure out who the criminals even are. Little old ladies using walkers, toddlers in Pampers, soldiers returning from combat...these are the criminals in Obama's Amerika. Hostile and hateful muslim youth killing innocent bystanders, little dark brown indians from Mesoamerica carrying drugs and guns across the southern border, muslim men dressed in traditional arabic attire and boarding planes and then, while in flight, standing up on que and scaring the shit out of the passangers...these are the righteous indignant and highly misunderstood and put upon good guys. My oh my how I'm loving me that 'hope and change.'

I know, in the New Obama World Order, we profile the ones most likely born here, with special emphasis on the people that are Christian, Military Veterans, and speak perfect English. They are probably going to have Border Patrol Agents trained by the TSA on how to profile.
