Judge Judy schools a tax eater. The saddest part is that in a world were sacrifice imbued worth this man might have truly valued education. He could very well have turned himself into an upstanding citizen that didn’t have to rely on the charity of anyone. A man that could have lived up to his God given potential.

Evidently this man was taught that scamming the system is OK. Sooner or later it all catches up to him. Pay now or pay later. Karma's a bitch sometimes.

I like this guy, he's sticking to his story. Ya gotta respect that. He's wrong, he should probably be arrested for fraud, but that's besides the point because he ain't wavering from his argument. It cracks me up.

Oh he definitely did! He thought it was absiolutley money he could use at his discretion, and that the woman he moved in with was repsonsible for all the bills because he "graced" her with his presence. And she was just as bad! She was suing for rent money she never paid!
Not just money that he could use in any way he wanted, but money that he deserved. He felt morally correct, he had done nothing wrong, not just that he had worked within the rules of the system.
Ahhhhh, now I know why I work all these hours every week. It's to support a parasitic entitlement minded liberal like this guy. Obviously he needs more support so he can enjoy his carefree lifestyle that he is accustomed to.
But then again, maybe he should just go outside and play hide and go fuck himself.
This young man is THE poster child for the Democrat Party and Progressives. He is absolute living proof that n0bama has a better than 50/50 chance of being re-elected in 2012.

don't bother sending anything to congress. They know what is going on. Finding out about this guy is not exactly the Scoop of the Century.
What I might suggest is that you go to congress, and speak to them the same way you did to your defendant. Trust me, the level of intelligence is remarkaly similar.
I think she should send the video to the County assistance office where he is gettng the money, and to the school's financial aid office. Let them see how the money is being spent. And if he thinks he can stay in a hotel for $400+ a month, is even more delusional than he currently appears.
I'm sure that motel room was some stinking roach/rat infested whorehouse on the strip.
