Judge orders Brady Center to pay ammo dealer’s legal fees after dismissing lawsuit. Perhaps this judge should be on the Supreme Court. Judge Matsch said:
“It is apparent that this case was filed to pursue the political purposes of the Brady Center and, given the failure to present any cognizable legal claim, bringing these defendants into the Colorado court where the prosecution of James Holmes was proceeding appears to be more of an opportunity to propagandize the public and stigmatize the defendants than to obtain a court order,” he said in his order.

It really all comes down to tort reform. Make the instigator pay if they lose would go a long long way towards curing a lot of ills.
Good for the judge. It's about time we saw someone on the bench who has some common sense and isn't afraid to slap these fools for bringing up stupid lawsuits that waste the courts time.
That's part of the plan, sue every chance they get, and make protecting our rights so expensive, they just cave in due to the cost.

You can save whatever pic you want to an avatar file on your 'puter. Then when you go to the profile page here click on update avatar, image, whatever it says, then click browse. When your avatar file comes up click on the pic you want then insert. It should pop up here in a few minutes.
It's been a while since I changed mine but I think I got the steps right. I had to buy a new 'puter and now I can't even figure out how to start a new file so Capitan Barbossa may be here for a while.

good--the same thing happened a few years back to mayor daley in chicago when he harrassed suburban gun shops--he wasted millions of the tax payer money on lawsuits that got tossed---it back fired in his face when a man sued the city for constitutional violations and their communist handgun ban was torpedoed
And this is a good thing. All these leftist schmucks who are "sue happy" need to pay when they loose since they instigated the suit.
A couple years ago, PETA sued the California State Fair (Cal-Expo) because cows did not have access to enough colors of lipstick or some shit. PETA lost big time, did they pay? Oh hell no..Just cost the state a fortune in attorney overtime to get this shit dismissed. There was no case and this is another instance where leftist retards sue and all they are doing to spending our money to pay for their stupidity.
What needs to happen is, if you instigate a lawsuit, and lose, you pay ALL the defendant's costs, including lawyers fees, lost wages, travel expenses, etc, etc, etc.
That will make people quit the stupid suits.
If there isn't a law that enforces this, the defendant needs to sue for costs, even the costs of the suit to recoup costs.
We need more of this, although we probably won't get it.
