The Justice Department just confirmed that it has “filed a civil antitrust lawsuit to block AT&T Inc.’s proposed acquisition of T-Mobile USA Inc.” The usual reasons were trotted out. Lack of choice. Higher prices. Poorer quality of service. You know, all the stuff that is normally caused by Obamanomics.

The Justice Department said in a lawsuit filed opposing the merger that "customers of mobile wireless telecommunications services likely will face higher prices, less product variety and innovation, and poorer quality services due to reduced incentives to invest.."
But it's OK in the minds of Democrats to have the government as the sole health care insurer/provider? (btw, that's sole not soul)
Did they mention that they'll kill the 5,000 jobs AT&T was going to transfer from outside the U.S. to here?
