Justice Ginsburg to Egyptian TV: You probably don’t want to use our Constitution as a model. One must certainly wonder why this individual holds so much antipathy for our founding document. Perhaps it is because The Constitution anticipated the rise of such tyrants and, once upon a time, served as our truest guarantee against them.

Once again, open disdain for our Constitution and this from a Justice of the Supreme Court! And do not think for one moment that this President, most on the left and more than a few on the right do not agree with this! They are in fact marching lockstep with her in their open disdain for our founding principles. And it is “We the People” that pay the price for their and for that matter our own follies!
Now, its time for a Moron Alert! Our Constitution is the law of this land! It is not something to be ignored or trampled on as many feel. it is not there for a Supreme Court justice to openly dismiss! It is not there for a President to ignore and in effect say it does not apply to him as this bozo in office does every day! And it is certainly not a document that anyone in this country, in power or not has the right to dismiss as Justice Ginsburg does in her statements. It is the Law of the Land!
How dare her! Who in the hell does she think she is to ignore the document and the laws of this land, something she as well as every office holder in D.C (and don't even get me started on the corrupt lost cause that runs the Justice Department or his boss for that matter) are sworn to uphold?! And where is the outcry from the co-opted media. Good God! How can so many people have their heads so far up you know where and ignore the obvious?
In one of my high school history classes we did an extensive study of Communism in the Soviet Union and China (the cold war was still going on, and yes, I know that ages me. What're you gonna do?) One of the really important things the teacher drilled into us was that a consitution was only a piece of paper. The USSR had a constitution. The difference comes between governments and citizens who actually FOLLOW the constitution, and those who just ignore it and do whatever. At the time, no one thought that would ever be a problem in the U.S., but he was emphazing that is COULD. Well, here we are!

Sad that a f*cking supreme court justice doesn't have enough intelligence to see how well our Constitution can be applied elsewhere. Of course, if she sees it in terms of the shambles the donks and their statist cronies have made out of it, I suppose she could have a point.
However, in that case, I'd say it would be better to say "If you can just keep idiot hack politicians from twisting the constitution into empty phrases, it would be a good thing pretty much anywhere outside of barbaric countries still stuck in the 7th century A. D."

Yeah, every poor as dirt country in the world like Egypt needs a constitution with "positive rights" - how about 3 meals a day, free medical care and a cell phone "guaranteed" for everyone? Why stop there, why not a Rolex and a Jaguar and a mansion? The fact that the country cannot produce (or buy) these things for everybody - not that anybody would bother to WORK on producing them since they're guaranteed all this free shit for doing nothing - is an annoying detail. And everyone will feel good for a few weeks until it starts to become apparent the stuff guaranteed by the "positive rights" can't be fulfilled and they start killing each other. Good thinking, Gilligan Ginsberg.

She needs to be forced to leave the court for her statements. She swore to up hold the very document that she is despairing in her comments to the Egyptian TV.
Ginsberg is not fit to be on the court and this proves it. Her actions and comments need to find their way into the presidential campaign and used against barry.
