Scalia is brilliant. I love it when he writes a dissenting opinion and just takes a majority liberal opinion apart. The disdain of liberals for him should tell you all you need to know. He deserves to retire and relax at some point but hopefully not until there's a Republican President and Senate.

The way things are now the more gridlock the better as far as I'm concerned. I'll also say Justice Scalia rocks. He's a constitutionalist and he has it right. I will go into mourning the day this man retires.
