Justices: Can’t make employers cover contraception

• About time, I've had enough of being forced to pay for other people's stupid mistakes. Of course the parasites will be losing they're minds because now they have to pay a whole $9 bucks a month, but then fuck em, stop breeding.

  • We as taxpayers are still paying. This was just basically for certain employeers to not to have to directly provide it. It is a sad fact though that these men and women can still apply for welfare or Obamacare and get them for free at our expense.

• The thing that stuck out to me when I heard it on the news is that there are four "Justices" who sided with the Treasodent's health scare law.

• As I wrote on G+ in response to Sandra Flukie and her nonsense...

  Hobby Lobby is making all but four contraception available for their employees (male and female I am sure). The four that they are not provided ARE abortificent or else they can be and therefore their use and their providing those violates their religious/faith-based beliefs as well as their moral aptitude. Hobby Lobby owners are not making a mis-judgements on personal behaviors of their employees, they are making no limits nor impediments on their healthcare decisions, they are not limiting nor putting impediments on their personal decisions and they are not telling them what to do or not do with their money.

  All they are saying is that as Christians or as people with certain beliefs they don't agree with abortion and don't want to make abortificent (sp?) available for people. That would be like adding to the chaos of the killing/murder of innocent children. That is their view and there is nothing wrong with that.

  The employees have the right to disagree, however they have a lot of options available to them: They can continue to work there, disagree all they want, take the money that they earn and pay for the "contraception" . They can apply for Obamacare and have the government (taxpayers) pay for the contraception (which I am not down with, but it is an option). They can leave the job in protest, continue to believe what they want and get another job that pays for the contraception they want. They go on welfare and have the government give them money so they can get the contraception they want. They can get into a responsible relationship and between the both of them get the contraception they want. I am sure there maybe other options...

  What are the options for the business owners if they want to keep their business AND keep their convictions? They will have to give up their businesses if they want to keep their convictions. They will have to pay exorbitant and harsh taxes and fees in order to keep in business and keep their businesses open which will eventually they won't be able to pay even if they wanted to, and they will have to close their business. They will have to give up their rights to faith, worship and thought and speech and provide these aborting methods, they will be exempt from the fees and taxes, but that will make them hypocrites.

  What the hell kind of options are these?

  All the good options are essentially for the Flukies and all the bad options are for the businesses and their owners... How is that fair? How is that just?

  Liberals don't think their sh*t through. What stops a CONSERVATIVE/CHRISTIAN/ATHEIST/MUSLIM/ETC administration and bureaucratic entities from doing the EXACT same thing and force people to abide by whatever mandates and points of view and belief systems they have on all people? This protects ALL people. They need to see it that way.

  This is not about gender issues. The old lady is an idiot. Is she really saying that if men could get pregnant, Hobby Lobby would make these same contraception available to men? Please... that is the only play here. If men could get pregnant or if men have wives/girlfriends and they want these contraception HL would STILL not want to cover these. This is SOLELY about the owners' rights to have their speech, their thoughts, faith, worship, etc. be protected and not have to let those go JUST because they decide to open a business. This has got to also help all wedding photographers and bakers out there (others who provide service to wedding circumstances). They need to be next.

  • Yesterday she tweeted out that big corporations were stopping women from getting birth control. I thought big corporations MADE birth control....Her whole campaign for office is bitching and moaning about free contraception..and now she is gonna be real upset with this decision.

    • And, being in California, she'll most likely win on that platform. We don't need any citizens having kids, we just import them by the thousands.

      • We have a bunch here in Texas. Fresh across the border, children from . war-torn countries, just looking for a better life. Spanish speakers a plus.
