He was so impressed, he hired her sight unseen. The fact that the press reported that BHO appointed a woman was the only way I could tell that she in fact is female.
Kagan was chosen for the Obama-care case, pure & simple. She was involved in the legal side of the arguement prior to her appointment. Her job is done, & now she can eff up our lives from the bench for the next 3 decades.
