Progressives hate it when their plans are interrupted, exposed, or halted. PP is about to lose a lot of their big corporate donor money; the worshipers of Moloch are going to need to regain their income stream from somewhere, how about the taxpayers...they're stupid?
They're already getting a significant part of their funding from us, so what's a few shekels more? It's not like we aren't already giving lots of money to support other stuff we don't like or believe in, that doesn't matter, since we all know that Big Brother knows what is best and how our money should be spent.
