Karma West Virginia invites Franklin County Virginia to join their state

Karma: West Virginia invites Virginia county to join their state. Apparently, a Supreme Court decision from 1861 reserved in perpetuity the ability of Franklin County to leave Virginia and join West Virginia, and with the current mismanagement and tyranny of Democrats in Virginia… well, this might be the time for Franklin residents to beat a hasty exit.

  • I don't get it. I just looked at a map and Franklin County is not contiguous with West Virginia. It's in the middle of Virginia! Why would the SC give Franklin County the right to join West Virginia? No wonder the residents of Franklin County never voted on it. They probably figured, "How would this work? We have to travel through a hundred miles of pissed-off Confederates to get to our own state capital? No way, makes no sense."
