There is an apparent contest of some kind between Kerry and Biden to see who can say the dumbest shit of the day....Perhaps a way to distract the low intelligence/large forehead voters from firguring out they are getting screwed again..without being kissed first....

Also because of ethanol mandates, the EPA, & BLM. Other then that, Kerry is correct.
Don't forget the wonderful renewable fuel regulations. Processing corn to make ethanol uses more energy than we will get from the ethanol, and now, the ears of corn we used to get for $0.10 are costing between $0.25 and $0.33 each! Talk about screwing the people through the laws of diminishing returns!
