Kerry urges US envoys to make climate change a priority. Remember the bad old days when the Secretary of State’s priority was trivial stuff like foreign policy? Let us Putin this another way: if the US doesn’t take its foreign policy seriously, no one else will has.

None of those things really scare him, all he's afraid of is Teresa cutting him off from the checkbook.
He believes in what ever Theresa tells him to believe in. Just a simple glance at the check book and he heels like a toothless dog.
Of course as the kitchen prostitute he will be selling off a couple of mansions to allow for a lessor carbon foot print, or a yacht or cars or MAYBE, just hit American tax payers with BS carbon tax so he and the thief's that put this clown as Secretary of State can reap the dollars from their front companies.
