Wait a while... Yesterday there was a item about an 80-something bar owner who lives above the bar, and was awakened when some jerk ripped some boards off the place to get in: he shot the "youth" in the leg. He almost got a pass on it as a "good shoot" until it was discovered he had used a gun (with charges dropped) years ago, wgich prompted charges of "unlawful discharge" of a weapon...
