My guess is Quagmire was trying to establish a good alibi in case Steven's somehow managed to survive this little "Protest", and decided to squeal about his illegal arms shipments.
Mark Steyn (filling in for Rush today) called Obama a ceremonial president much like the Queen of England. Obama didn't know about the IRS or the targeting of Fox News or the Associated Press taps or what was going on in Benghazi. I mean really, what good is he?

Honestly, my guess is he wasn't doing much of anything at all. He probably had no clue what was going on, and no one was about to interrupt him to tell him, since he has no power to do anything anyway. By the time they figured out that this was actually a BFD, and one that might actually cause some problems, he was already in the air on his way to Vegas. Baby!
He probably had no clue about what was happening in Benghazi anyway - whether it be collecting missiles or weapons from insurgents, or some plot to manipulate an October surprise for him, or a way to get a trade started for the Blind Sheik, or any combo of those things.
I truly believe that Obama is truly ignorant of almost everything that goes on around him. I also believe that he make no decisions on his own, nor does he have a clue what he is doing. The moment he is off teleprompter, he turns into a stuttering idiot. He knows next to nothing - just enough that he can give an occasional sound bite.
My question would be WHO was responsible for making decisions during those 8 hours, and what was he or she doing?
I agree - it can only be one of two things:
(1). Obama is all knowing, all-controlling, and the most corrupt president ever OR
(2). He is truly our diva celebrity president. He is kept in the dark about everything - he really finds out by reading the newspapers. Valerie and the Czars make all the decisions and when he has to speak, they tell him what to say on the prompter (even if it's a group of third graders). He goes golfing and on vacations because he's BORED - he needs something to do.
Is there a word for something that is totally unbelievable, yet believable at the same time? Because I think it's (2).

He must be aware of the fraud that constitutes - even if he slept through"law school" and graduated because of his skin color. Which, my friend, is almost certainly the case. In fact, I would not be surprised to see that there was a lawsuit involved in his graduation.
Think about this... has anyone EVER worked for a big corporation or government office, where at least one person above you was not there because they threatened or filed a discrimination suit? Seriously. It is standard order of procedure in many places. You have these whole levels of completely incompetent "managers" who can't be fired and can't be promoted because they are already in over their heads.
I could absolutely see O-blame-ya suing Harvard, and in exchange for dropping the suit, accepting his degree and the "position" on the Law Review. Just a theory, with nothing to back it up - but I would not bet against me if I were you!

Getting a good night's sleep, Obama didn't know of the Benghazi attack until he read about it in the WaPo while eating breakfast.
