Is Kudlow finally waking up? Welfare, food stamps, dumping the work provision from the welfare to work program, all of Obummers actions are to buy him votes.
Throw in the free phones and he has a lock on the lame and lazy. The Lifeline program did not cover cell phones until 2008, only landlines. He was hedging his bets the day he took office.
I know, Obama is stupid to think he has to buy votes. Romney has it all figured out; why buy votes when you can just steal them.
