The welfare rats have been fighting over gooberment scraps for a long time, nothing really new with this. Go to one of the predominately black areas of L.A., like Watts, and you see the same thing. Hispanics are not welcome and get harassed until they leave or get killed by black gang members.
Let's remember that most if not all ghettos in this country are being represented by Democrats... just saying...
Town going to shit? Drug Dealers on every corner? Gunfire day and night between rival gangs? Garbage piled up on every street?

I lived in one city back in NJ that wasn't very big but it had areas dominated by different cultures years ago. Polish in the north, Italian in the south, black and/or Hispanic in the east and west. Eventually the blacks drove the Italians out in the south. A shame, because the best Italian restaurants in the city were there.
There were riots there back in '68 after MLK was assassinated. It starting going downhill after that and fell off a cliff when crack surfaced back in the 80s. Then the gangs moved in. Crips, Bloods, MS-13, Latin Kings, some Russian mafia. It got so bad that even the Italian Mafia presence there pulled up stakes and got out of Dodge.
The crime swapped out in between the east and west sides. The east side would get "cleaned up" and the criminals would move to the west side. That would get "cleaned up" and they moved back to the east side. It was and probably still is an endless cycle.
At first, I thought you were talking about Asbury Park, but then it could be just about any city with a population over 10,000.
If I were a Democrat, I'd be proud of the social engineering managed by them in the 90s by using welfare and open borders to resettle tens of millions of Mexican illegals into California who virtually forced out many inner city black communities. This not only lowered the violence level in LA, but changed the political equation to greatly favor the left socialists. A large number of the displaced inner city blacks moved to Las Vegas, turned Nevada purple and gave us Harry Reid. Of course, while this was happening the Republicans had their thumbs up their bottoms and did nothing.
Mexican gangs attack black families, yet some how all white people are to blame. Go figure.

Well, the Atlanta hanging has been referred to the FBI. So we know one thing for sure. Hillary didn't do it.
This is not new as per the article... so don't understand why the police and government haven't done anything about it ... seemingly ever.
Keeping things this way is good for someone or a group of people... don't know who, but the fact that the area had no Black people living in them for 20 years is a clue that this is not a problem that people want fixed, they only go in there when it is heinous or the most innocent are victimized which I guess is a good thing but still lacking of true progress in the area.
WHAT confounds me is what is causing so many groups of people to attack the blacks, is there a common thread? Latinos, Asians, Whites, Muslims...the list seems very expansive and long.
There are a lot of theories one of them is that since Blacks are no longer slaves they are no longer useful, people like Margaret Sanger pretty much said as much, she considered Black as animals and pests and if they were not going to be useful they had to be made useful somehow yet keep their numbers in check... and the creation of Planned Parenthood is a way to "cull" the Black community. Through lies, welfare and other means (as well as the lack of Conservatives and Republicans teaching Blacks the truths that are out there), Blacks have made themselves useful by providing the vote for Democrats in large numbers.
However, since Blacks in this country haven't still made large numbers of consequence in the overall makeup of the coutnry, Progressives (et al) look to the Latinos to be placed in Plantations to provide votes and also to assist with the "culling" of those who are not so useful, to do the slave or menial type labor that many won't do. This may explain the need for open borders and lax immigration.
There could be many theories out there some maybe be truer than others. I guess this is a question for a Higher Power if at some point it matters to ask it.
With that said, the Black community fails to help itself and although there are legitimate reasons, on the other end at some point people need to take responsibility for their lives.
